Amparo has worked with Jackman & Associates for over 10 years. She is an integral part of our administrative staff. Amparo enjoys meeting new clients and helping to connect them with a member of the firm who can assist them with their immigration needs. Over the past decade, Amparo has assisted our lawyers in hundreds of immigration and refugee cases for people from all around the world. In addition to her primary duties handling client intakes, document management and scheduling, Amparo often supports our team with preparing Refugee Appeal Division and Federal Court records, motions to stay of removal and applications for permanent residence on humanitarian and compassionate grounds.
Amparo is excellent with clients who are emotionally distraught and with those who may have difficulty communicating due to language barriers.
